Fogstar Delivery Policy

1. Delivery

1.1 Fogstar promises to ensure products are fulfilled, dispatched, and delivered within the allocated times outlined in this policy.

1.2 Fogstar aims to dispatch orders placed and paid for before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday on the same working day - with the exception of specialist Hazchem consignments or palletised deliveries. You will receive an email notification once your order is fulfilled.

1.3 Orders fulfilled after 3:00 PM will be despatched the next working day - with the exception of specialist Hazchem consignments.

1.4 Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be fulfilled the following working day - with the exception of specialist Hazchem consignments.

1.5 Orders exceeding 70 kg containing hazardous goods will require a specialist palletised delivery. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day once your order is placed.

2. Collection

2.1 If you opt for the local pick-up (collection) option at checkout, you will need to ensure you collect your battery within our opening hours - Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before we close.

2.2 We will hold your order for no longer than 2 weeks unless specifically arranged with you. If you fail to collect your order within this time and fail to contact us, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

3. Delivery Options

3.1 Fogstar offers a few delivery options for the UK depending upon what products you purchase;

Cylindrical Batteries, Chargers, and Accessories

Royal Mail 24: £1.49 - within England, Wales, and Scotland. - Orders shipped via this delivery method should arrive within 3 working days from the day it is shipped. However, to allow for delays, we will not reship until it has been 5 working days.

Royal Mail 48: Free shipping on orders over £10 for delivery within England, Wales, and Scotland. Orders shipped via this delivery method should arrive within 5 working days from the day it was shipped. However, to allow for delays, we will not reship until it has been 10 working days.

FedEx Next Day Delivery: Free shipping on orders over £15. For orders under £15, a £3.49 fee will apply. Orders shipped via this delivery method should arrive within 1 working day from the day it was shipped. However, to allow for delays, we will not reship until it has been 2 working days.

Oversized and Non-Class 9 Goods (Seplos Kits, BMS, LiFePO4 Chargers)

LiFePO4 Battery Products (Class 9)

TNT Delivery: Free shipping with a delivery time of 1-3 days. Please note that due to the nature of these products, additional handling time may be required. If you order a Class 9 item along with a non-class 9 item, your order will arrive in two parts. You can read more about this over at our blog.

Pallet Delivery (Fogstar Energy Batteries)

Hazchem Network: Free Shipping. This delivery option requires the customer to be present at time of delivery. We will contact you via telephone or email to book in your delivery. Should we agree on a date to deliver and you are not present on the agreed date, you will be subject to a redelivery charge. This charge varies depending on location but may be up to £100. We reserve the right to hold deliveries until the surcharge has been paid.

3.2 Please allow the full delivery time to pass before contacting us about a missing order. We understand this can be frustrating, but we cannot investigate until this time has elapsed.

4. Your Obligations

4.1 Please select the correct delivery option at checkout.

4.2 Please provide the correct delivery address. Fogstar cannot verify addresses against payment provider data.

4.3 Please order the correct products. Incorrect orders must be returned at the buyer's expense if unused and in original packaging.

4.4 Please ensure you are available to receive a delivery if your product requires a Pallet Delivery. Should you be subject to a redelivery charge, we reserve the right to hold the delivery until the redelivery charge has been paid.
