Delivery Policy

  1.   Delivery

1.1 Fogstar promise to ensure they fulfil their obligation in ensuring products are fulfilled, dispatched and delivered within the allocated times laid out within this policy.

1.2 We promise to fulfil and dispatch all orders placed and paid for before 3.00PM Monday - Friday using the payment method selected. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been fulfilled.  

1.3 If you receive a fulfilment notification after 3.00PM on the day your order is placed, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. This simply means your order has been processed and is ready to leave us.

1.4 Although Fogstar process orders up to 6 days a week, we are limited by courier services operating hours. On this bases, orders placed on weekends and/or bank holidays will be fulfilled on the day you receive a notification via email - but will not leave us until the next working day.   

1.5 Order will be delivered on weekdays and Saturdays (except Express Pack 1 - weekdays only).

  1. Delivery Options

2.1 Fogstar, at present, offer 2 different Royal Mail delivery options for the United Kingdom.

(a) RM 24 (1-2 working days) - 97% guaranteed to arrive next day.

(b) RM 48 (2-5 working days) - 97% guaranteed to arrive within 2 days.

Please Note: For Royal Mail 24 we aim to deliver the next working day, and for Royal Mail 48 we aim to deliver the majority of items within two working days, with a small minority within three working days.

2.2 Please allow the full duration period to expire laid out in section (2.1) before contacting us. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting for your order, but we are unable to launch an investigation in relation to your order until this time has passed. If you do need to contact us, you can do this with any of the methods mentioned within our returns policy section (5.3).

  1. Your Obligations

3.1 Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery option you require.

3.2 Please ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery address. This is vital. We do not have the facility to be able to check addresses against Paypal/Google Pay and any other payment provider that pre-fills this data. We simply send your order to the address we have on our system - it is down to you, the buyer, to ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase through your email order confirmation. 

3.3 Please ensure you have ordered the correct products you require. If you order any items that are incorrect for your application, it will be down to you, the buyer, to return the goods at your own cost providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
