1. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
1.1 Fogstar is committed to dispatching orders quickly and efficiently in line with the following schedule:

Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same working day, excluding palletised or specialist Hazchem consignments.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
1.2 Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation.
1.3 Orders over 70 kg and/or containing hazardous goods may require specialist palletised delivery. In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
2. Local Collection
2.1 If you select local pick-up at checkout, you must collect your order within our business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing.
2.2 Orders will be held for a maximum of 14 calendar days, unless a longer period is agreed. Orders must be fully paid before collection. If uncollected and no contact is made within the 14 days, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
3. Delivery Options
Fogstar offers several UK delivery methods depending on the product(s) purchased. The delivery service and carrier used may vary based on product type, shipping restrictions, or customer selection at checkout.

Delivery Scheduling (HazChem)
Delivery will be arranged using the date you provide via our delivery form.
Standard delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
AM or PM delivery slots are available if selected at checkout.
You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the chosen date.
Delivery Notifications (HazChem)
This is a non-tracked service. While we request the driver contact you when nearby, this is not guaranteed.
If needed, you can contact us on the day for an estimated arrival time — please allow time for us to retrieve this from the courier.
Delivery Access (HazChem)
All pallet deliveries are kerbside drop only.
Drivers are not required to enter your property or move goods beyond the kerbside.
Any such assistance is entirely at the driver's discretion.
Redelivery Charges (HazChem)
Redelivery charges (up to £100) may apply in the following cases:

No one is available to accept the delivery.

Access to the property is restricted or obstructed, and this was not communicated to us in advance. It is your responsibility to tell us if you require a small vehicle - this is a paid charge.
We reserve the right to hold your order until redelivery charges are paid in full.
4. Delivery Responsibilities (Your Obligations)
4.1 Please select the correct delivery method at checkout.
4.2 Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Fogstar is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.3 Verify your order before placing it. If you order the wrong item, it must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your own expense (unless otherwise agreed).
4.4 If you are receiving a pallet delivery, ensure someone is present at the agreed time. Missed deliveries will incur redelivery charges and may delay your order.
