UPDATE - Royal Mail Strike Action

We apologise for anyone impacted by the Royal Mail strike action and long delays to order deliveries. We are working hard to mitigate any impact on our customers where possible.

When will the Royal Mail strikes take place?
Royal Mail has informed us there will be scheduled strike action in December. during this time you may experience a significant delay to your order - in excess of 14 days.

The dates are:
Wednesday 14 December
Thursday 15 December
Friday 23 December
Saturday 24 December

⚠️ Note: Any orders placed via Royal Mail on or around these dates may suffer significant delays⚠️

How long will these delays be for?
We anticipate up to 14 days of delays and disruption to the Royal Mail service whilst Royal Mail clear the backlog of post.

What about DPD, are they affected?
There are other options for your deliveries during this time. Our DPD service will still be collected everyday, however due to the knock-on from the Royal Mail strikes, DPD are also experiencing high volumes of deliveries during these times.
You may also experience a delay in DPD Deliveries. This unfortunately is out of our control.

You can check the DPD service disruption in your local area at this link.

Can I collect my order instead?
Absolutely, if you live near our unit in Redditch (Worcestershire), you also have the option of coming to our unit to collect your order. We are open 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

⚠️
We are experiencing very high volumes of Customer Service emails. We ask you remain patient in light of these delays, our team are working as hard as possible to respond to all queries as soon as possible.
